The favourable and excellent location was near Water Tower. The breakfast was free and with different options; the staff was incredibly attentive.

It boasts incredible, stunning location so close to the lake front as well as the centre of Chicago.

It has marvellous location to see a downtown museum.

Quick check in and great service overall. Recently decorated room itself with plenty of charging points and bathroom, as for instance. Lots of great food for meals.

When I am in Chicago, I like staying here. The room is functional, with extremely comfy bed and lovely view. Everyone who works in the hotel is efficient and cooperative. The location it offers is favourable, next to restaurants, shopping and entertainment, River North and the centre of Chicago. The coffee bar is good.

I recently stayed at Hotel Cass in downtown Chicago for two nights. The staff at Hotel Cass made us feel incredibly welcome and greeted us warmly every time we came in or out. The quaint accommodations were well-maintained and had everything we needed. The hotel's location was great, within walking distance of the nearest subway station. The cleanliness of the room and floors were impressive, and I enjoyed the beautiful view from my room. The surprise addition of a small refrigerator in the room was much appreciated. The staff went above and beyond, offering helpful directions and restaurant recommendations. our stay at Hotel Cass was a fantastic experience, and we will definitely be returning on our future trips to Chicago.

When you flush the toilet, it is really loud. You can even hear the other toilets in rooms nearby flush.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in the heart of downtown. The staff was friendly and helpful, and Corey at reception made our day with his fun and welcoming personality. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel also had great security and convenient on-site valet parking.

The staff was very nice helpful and gave some great recommendations. Its location was central, close to Chicago Water Tower. I visited restaurants and bars close to the hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of the hotel, making it easy for us to explore the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful during our stay. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the wifi worked well. Despite the small size of the room, it was adequate for our needs and we didn't spend much time in it anyway. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, and we enjoyed starting our day with a satisfying meal. we would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
